Spectral flow cytometry (Cytek Aurora)
This marker works reasonably well for identifying CD11c+ dendritic cells when used alongside other DC markers, but is not a clear enough signal on its own.
Affordable, reasonable quality when used in a DC panel.
Not a clear marker by itself.
Good for use in studying DC subsets if other antibodies are being used anyways.
