I am currently using this instrument to detect extracellular vesicles. I have used both stained and intrinsically labeled EVs and am able to detect and discern them against background noise on the Cytek Aurora (4 laser).

The Bottom Line

I am really impressed with the ability of the Aurora to detect extracellular vesicles! The optimization has been easy and the Cytek customer support is phenomenal. The spectral unmixing component has made my analysis much more sensitive when using a dye or an intrinsic fluorescent protein label!
