Summary

The Good

For tumor cells, the counts are within range compared to counting on a hemocytometer.

The Bad

For murine T cells, the counts are always way off, with the counts being too low and the cells potentially too small to detect by the machine.

The Bottom Line

If your lab only works with human PBMC or tumor cell lines, then the machine definitely works. However, if you're counting murine T cells or around that size, then the counts are consistently less.
