Company:

Invitrogen Antibodies

Product Name:

CD8a Monoclonal Antibody (53-6.7), APC, eBioscience™

Catalog Number:

17-0081-83

This antibody works well at a great titration to separate out CD8 T cells. We use this antibody at 1:1600 and always have a consistenly distinct population of cells. For the price and the titration capacity this antibody works great. Other fluorophores in the same clone do not necessarily titrate as well

Results Summary

A clear population separation even at a 1:1600 dilution makes this antibody so great. CD8a+ cells are readily visible during machine set up or analysis.

Summary

The Good

Stains a clear population even at a dilute concentration

The Bad

Other fluorophore conjugates titrate out differently than this one.

The Bottom Line

This antibody is fantastic for CD8a + cell staining.
