I have used anti-CD4 Ab in pretty much all fluorescent colors available, as it is a popular marker in my analyses. Perhaps, I can say that this is my favorite Ab when performing multi-parametric analysis involving more than 10 colors. The staining is relevant with minimal background and the expression level is perfect for compensation with adjacent fluorophores.
