This is a good anti-mouse CD3 antibody. The experiments were performed using mouse splenocytes stimulated in vitro for 3 days with 0.5ng of OKT3. Standard protocol for staining. 1) Wash cells with FACS washing buffer 3x – centrifuge 5min at 300xg 2) Re-suspend the pellet in 10 ul of anti-mouse CD69 diluted 1:100 3) Incubate for 30min in the dark at room temperature 4) Wash 3x - centrifuge 5min at 300xg 5) Resuspend in 300ul of FACS washing buffer
