RNase I, or Ribonuclease I, is an endonuclease that cleaves single-stranded RNA and will not degrade DNA. It can be used for the removal of RNA from DNA and protein samples, and for ribonuclease protection assays. A recombinant variant, RNase If, is a fusion of E. coli RNase I and maltose-binding protein. RNase If has similar activity with RNase I. Visit the enzyme supplier pages for more details, including enzyme activity information.
Your search returned 8 RNase I across 5 suppliers.
