I am performing CRISPR-Cas9 experiment on B cells and HEK cells. I am using Cas9 protein from IDT which is part of my protocol for RNP-complex electroporation.

As it is shown on the picture, with this Cas9 protein and my protocol, I can reach high knock-out efficiency of my membrane protein.
Very easy to use.
Very expensive.
This product is very expensive but as a great efficiency and it is very easy to use for CRISPR experiments. I am using this for every genetic edition I have to perform.
