Multichannel Pipettors

Multichannel pipettes take the magic of accurately transferring small amounts of liquids and multiply it many fold into a single device with multiple heads, usually 8 or 12. Using a multichannel pipette, it is easy to quickly fill a 96-, 384-, or 1536-well microtiter plate, which may contain samples for applications such as drug screening or enzyme assays. Like a regular pipette, multichannel pipettes are calibrated for specific volumes ranging from just a few microliters to several hundred microliters. In selecting a multichannel pipette, it is important to choose the right volume size for your application, in order to get the most accurate liquid transfer.
