NANOS2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nanos C2HC-type zinc finger 2, which is encoded by the NANOS2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to play an important role in the sexual differentiation of germ cells by promoting the male fate but suppressing the female fate. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 138 residues, a mass of 15.1 kDa, and is a member of the Nanos protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include nanos homolog 2 and NOS-2.
There are NANOS2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
