ANKRD37 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ankyrin repeat domain 37, which is encoded by the ANKRD37 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 158 residues and a mass of 16.9 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be mainly expressed in testis, small intestine, colon, blood leukocytes and in pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein binding protein, low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 2-binding protein, and ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 37.
Some ANKRD37 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
