These beta enolase ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of beta enolase in biological samples. beta enolase is an alias of the human ENO3 gene, which encodes the protein, enolase 3. The protein is reported to be a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. The ENO3 protein is 434 amino acid residues in length and 47 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include GSD13, MSE, and beta-enolase.
There are beta enolase ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 90 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
