LUC7L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein LUC7 like, which is encoded by the LUC7L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to bind to RNA via its Arg/Ser-rich domain. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 371 residues, a mass of 43.7 kDa, and is a member of the Luc7 protein family. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include putative SR protein LUC7B1, sarcoplasmic reticulum protein LUC7B1, and putative RNA-binding protein Luc7-like 1.
There are LUC7L ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
