UBE2L3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 L3, which is encoded by the UBE2L3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell proliferation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 154 residues, a mass of 17.9 kDa, and is a member of the Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed, with highest expression in testis. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include L-UBC, UBCH7, UbcM4, E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme L3, ubiquitin carrier protein L3, and E2-F1.
