These Neuroserpin ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Neuroserpin in biological samples. Neuroserpin is an alias of the human SERPINI1 gene, which encodes the protein, serpin family I member 1. Notably, Neuroserpin is known to play a role in neuronal development, among other functions. The SERPINI1 protein is described to be 410 amino acid residues in length and 46.4 kilodaltons in mass. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles and is secreted. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in the brain cortex and hippocampus pyramidal neurons. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include HNS-S1, HNS-S2, and PI12.
Some Neuroserpin ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 62.5 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
