GPCPD1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glycerophosphocholine phosphodiesterase 1, which is encoded by the GPCPD1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in the negative regulation of skeletal muscle differentiation, independently of its glycerophosphocholine phosphodiesterase activity. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 672 residues, a mass of 76 kDa, and is a member of the Glycerophosphoryl diester phosphodiesterase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed, with highest expression in spinal chord. Other alias names for this target include endometrial differential 3, glycerophosphocholine phosphodiesterase GDE1 homolog, glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase 5, preimplantation protein 4, and glycerophosphocholine phosphodiesterase GPCPD1.
Some GPCPD1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
