NOP58 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NOP58 ribonucleoprotein, which is encoded by the NOP58 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be required for 60S ribosomal subunit biogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 529 residues, a mass of 59.6 kDa, and is a member of the NOP5/NOP56 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated. Other alias names for this target include NOP5, NOP5/NOP58, nucleolar protein 58, NOP58 ribonucleoprotein homolog, nucleolar protein 5, and HSPC120.
