SYNPO2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein synaptopodin 2, which is encoded by the SYNPO2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to have an actin-binding and actin-bundling activity. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1093 residues, a mass of 117.5 kDa, and is a member of the Synaptopodin protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in heart muscle. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include genethonin-2, myopodin, and SYNPO2 intron sense-overlapping lncRNA.
Some SYNPO2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
