NSMCE1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NSE1 homolog, SMC5-SMC6 complex component, which is encoded by the NSMCE1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 266 residues, a mass of 30.9 kDa, and is a member of the NSE1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include non-structural maintenance of chromosomes element 1 homolog and non-SMC element 1 homolog.
There are NSMCE1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
