CYSLTR2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2, which is encoded by the CYSLTR2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for cysteinyl leukotrienes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 346 residues, a mass of 39.6 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in the heart, placenta, spleen, peripheral blood leukocytes and adrenal gland. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include G-protein coupled receptor HG57, cysteinyl leukotriene CysLT2 receptor, and G-protein coupled receptor GPCR21.
The detection range for different CYSLTR2 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 62.5 pg/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
