EFNA4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ephrin A4, which is encoded by the EFNA4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in axon guidance and cell to cell signaling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 201 residues, a mass of 22.4 kDa, and is a member of the Ephrin protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in the adult spleen, lymph node, prostate, ovary, small intestine, and colon, and in fetal heart, lung, liver and kidney. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include EPLG4, LERK-4, LERK4, eph-related receptor tyrosine kinase ligand 4, ligand of eph-related kinase 4, and EFL4.
The detection range for different EFNA4 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 320 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
