ABCC6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 6, which is encoded by the ABCC6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an aTP-dependent transporter of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) family that actively extrudes physiological compounds, and xenobiotics from cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1503 residues, a mass of 164.9 kDa, and is a member of the ABCC protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in kidney and liver. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. The ABCC6 gene has been associated with the disease, Pseudoxanthoma elasticum. Other alias names for this target include ABC34 and ARA.
There are ABCC6 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
