PPIA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein peptidylprolyl isomerase A, which is encoded by the PPIA gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 165 residues, a mass of 18 kDa, and is a member of the Cyclophilin-type PPIase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, cytoplasm, and is secreted. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally acetylated and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CYPH, HEL-S-69p, peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase A, PPIase A, T cell cyclophilin, and CYPA.
There are PPIA ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 100 µg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
