The ELISA kits listed below target IL7R, the symbol for the human gene, interleukin 7 receptor, and a member of the Type I cytokine receptor family, Type 4 subfamily. The protein encoded by IL7R has a predicted amino acid length of 459, a mass of 51.6 kDa, and a membrane and secreted subcellular localization. There are currently 4 reported isoforms, as well as sites of glycosylation. Pathologic involvement is reported in Severe combined immunodeficiency autosomal recessive T-cell-negative/B-cell-positive/NK-cell-positive. IL7R may also be known by the following names: CD127, interleukin 7 receptor isoform H5-6, IL-7R subunit alpha, IL-7 receptor subunit alpha, CD127 antigen, and interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha, and IL-7R-alpha. Orthologs of the gene, including human, mouse, rat, bovine, chicken, primate, and other mammalian are available targets of several ELISA kits.
