SAV1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein salvador family WW domain containing protein 1, which is encoded by the SAV1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported regulator of stk3/mst2 and STK4/MST1 in the Hippo signaling pathway which plays a pivotal role in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 383 residues and a mass of 44.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include 1700040G09Rik, 45 kDa WW domain protein, WW domain-containing adaptor 45, hWW45, salvador homolog 1, and protein salvador homolog 1.
Some SAV1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
