NKD2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NKD inhibitor of WNT signaling pathway 2, which is encoded by the NKD2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in exocytosis and the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 451 residues, a mass of 50.1 kDa, and is a member of the NKD protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in kidney, lung, pancreas and spleen. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include Dvl-binding protein NKD2, NKD2, WNT signaling pathway inhibitor, naked cuticle homolog 2, and protein naked cuticle homolog 2.
The detection range for different NKD2 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
