CD101 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CD101 molecule, which is encoded by the CD101 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in as inhibitor of T-cells proliferation induced by CD3. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1021 residues and a mass of 115.1 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed in the lung, thymus and small intestine. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated.
