APOC2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein apolipoprotein C2, which is encoded by the APOC2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a component of chylomicrons, very low-density lipoproteins (VLDL), low-density lipoproteins (LDL), and high-density lipoproteins (HDL) in plasma. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 101 residues, a mass of 11.3 kDa, and is a member of the Apolipoprotein C2 protein family. It is known to be secreted. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved. The APOC2 gene has been associated with the disease, Hyperlipoproteinemia. Other alias names for this target include APOC-II, apolipoprotein C-II, and APO-CII.
Some APOC2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.63 pg/mL and as high as 4 µg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
