NUDT5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nudix hydrolase 5, which is encoded by the NUDT5 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported enzyme that can either act as an ADP-sugar pyrophosphatase in absence of diphosphate or catalyze the synthesis of ATP in presence of diphosphate. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 219 residues, a mass of 24.3 kDa, and is a member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is widely expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include YSA1H, YSAH1, hNUDT5, ADP-sugar pyrophosphatase, 8-oxo-dGDP phosphatase, and YSA1.
Some NUDT5 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 250 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
