RELA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RELA proto-oncogene, NF-kB subunit, which is encoded by the RELA gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in organ morphogenesis and the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 551 residues and a mass of 60.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally methylated, ubiquitinated, sumoylated, acetylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. The RELA gene has been associated with the disease, Mucocutaneous ulceration. Other alias names for this target include CMCU, NFKB3, p65, transcription factor p65, NF-kappa-B p65delta3, and AIF3BL3.
There are RELA ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 1.56 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
