Anti-Ufbp1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Ufbp1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DDRGK1 gene, which encodes DDRGK domain containing 1. This protein is known to function in cartilage development and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of Ufbp1 has a canonical amino acid length of 314 residues and a protein mass of 35.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Ufbp1 is a member of the DDRGK1 protein family.
