Anti-NROB1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NROB1 is a known alias name of the protein nuclear receptor subfamily 0 group B member 1, encoded by the NR0B1 gene in humans. This 470-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the differentiation of certain cell types, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. Other synonyms for NROB1 include AHC, AHCH, and AHX. Western Blot is the most common application for the NROB1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
