Anti-RNS6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RNS6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RNASE6 gene, which encodes ribonuclease A family member k6. This protein is known to function in innate immune responses, among other biological roles. The human version of RNS6 has a canonical amino acid length of 150 residues and a protein mass of 17.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes, cytoplasm, and is secreted of cells and notably expressed in the tonsil. Other names for this target antigen include RAD1 and RNasek6.
