Anti-oprL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target oprL is a known alias name of the protein opioid related nociceptin receptor 1, encoded by the OPRL1 gene in humans. This 370-amino acid residue protein is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in blood leukocytes. Other synonyms for oprL include KOR-3, KOR3, and NOCIR. Indicated applications for oprL antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
