Anti-NOC2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NOC2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RPH3AL gene, which encodes rabphilin 3A like (without C2 domains). This protein is known to function in exocytosis and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of NOC2 has a canonical amino acid length of 315 residues and a protein mass of 34.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the gallbladder and nasopharynx. Indicated applications for NOC2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
