Anti-UGT2B11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein UDP glucuronosyltransferase family 2 member B11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 529 amino acid residues and a mass of 61 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. A member of the UDP-glycosyltransferase protein family, UGT2B11 is known to be involved with metabolic processes. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include UDP glucuronosyltransferase 2 family, polypeptide B11, UDP glycosyltransferase 2 family protein, UDP glycosyltransferase 2 family, polypeptide B11, UDPGT 2B11, and UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 2B11. Some UGT2B11 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
