Anti-Bif1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Bif1 is a known alias name of the protein zinc finger and BTB domain containing 24, encoded by the ZBTB24 gene in humans. This 697-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in BMP2-induced transcription. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in naive B-cells. Indicated applications for Bif1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
