Anti-MRP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MRP1 is a known alias name of the protein mutS homolog 3, encoded by the MSH3 gene in humans. This 1137-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the post-replicative DNA mismatch repair system (MMR).
