Anti-IL-31RA antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The IL-31RA antigen is another term for the human protein interleukin 31 receptor A, encoded by the IL31RA gene. The protein is reported to associate with OSMR to form the interleukin-31 receptor which activates STAT3 and to a lower extent STAT1 and STAT5. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 732 residues and a mass of 83 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be expressed in CD14- and CD56-positive blood cells. The IL-31RA protein is a member of the Type I cytokine receptor protein family.
