Anti-MCL1 apoptosis regulator, BCL2 family member antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene MCL1 in humans. The gene may also be known as MCL1, BCL2 family apoptosis regulator, MCL1L, MCL1S, BCL2L3, EAT, and induced myeloid leukemia cell differentiation protein Mcl-1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 37.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
