Anti-Chymase antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene CMA1, or 'chymase 1' in humans. The 247-amino acid protein is a member of the Peptidase S1 family, Granzyme subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be secreted. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
