Anti-SPDYE4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein speedy/RINGO cell cycle regulator family member E4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 237 amino acid residues and a mass of 27.8 kDa. It is reported to be highly expressed in the testis. It is a member of the Speedy/Ringo protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include putative Speedy protein E4, speedy homolog E4, and speedy protein E4. SPDYE4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for SPDYE4 antibodies listed below include Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
