Anti-GLP-1R antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GLP-1R is a known alias name of the protein glucagon like peptide 1 receptor, encoded by the GLP1R gene in humans. This 463-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in GPCR signaling pathways and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. Western Blot is the most common application for the GLP-1R antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
