Anti-LARG antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LARG antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARHGEF12 gene, which encodes Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 12. This protein is known to function in GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of LARG has a canonical amino acid length of 1544 residues and a protein mass of 173.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include PRO2792 and KMT2A/ARHGEF12 fusion protein. Indicated applications for LARG antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
