Anti-CD301 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD301 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CLEC10A gene, which encodes C-type lectin domain containing 10A. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and endocytosis, among other biological roles. The human version of CD301 has a canonical amino acid length of 316 residues and a protein mass of 35.4 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in the spleen, skin, lymph node, liver, and cerebellum. This target antigen may also be known as CLECSF13. Indicated applications for CD301 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
