A spleen was harvested from a C57BL/6 mouse and a single cell suspension was made. The cells were stained with the antibody that I am reviewing and also stained with an anti-mouse CD11c antibody. For data analysis, I gated on the CD11c positive population and assessed expression levels on a histogram for the antibody that I am reviewing. This was used to assess expression on dendritic cells in the mouse spleen.

Gating on CD11c+ cells first, I looked at the CD301 expression. The cells are homogenous for this marker and it is discernible from the negative population.
