Anti-RNF215 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ring finger protein 215. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 377 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. RNF215 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the RNF215 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
