Anti-Sortilin 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SORT1 in humans. The sortilin 1 protein has an expected mass of 92.1 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as Gp95, NTR3, Ntsr3, NT3, 100 kDa NT receptor, and LDLCQ6. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
