Anti-NUDCD2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NudC domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 157 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the chromosomes and cytoplasm. NUDCD2 is believed to regulate the LIS1/dynein pathway by stabilizing LIS1 with Hsp90 chaperone. Synonyms for this target antigen include nudC domain-containing protein 2 and NudC-like protein 2. NUDCD2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some NUDCD2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
