Anti-NRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene NRAS in humans. The gene may also be known as Neuroblastoma RAS Viral Oncogene Homolog, NS6, ALPS4, CMNS, N-ras, NCMS, and GTPase NRas. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 21.2 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
